- Opportunity for a helpdesk administrator has arisen to join this public organisation based in Essex on a contract basis, you will be the 1st point of contact for a large user base, the duties will include resolving IT technical issues via, taking calls, emails and remote support, insuring incidents and requests and registered on the call logging systems. Ideally we are looking for previous helpdesk or service desk experience in busy environments. Good communication skills
