- My client is involved in the manufacture of food products for a variety of customers. They currently have a requirement for a Trainee Factory / Maintenance Engineer. As a Trainee Engineer you will: - Be involved in equipment improvement. Deal with the day-to-day breakdowns, changeovers, tooling maintenance. Take an active role in generating ideas for improvement. Be involved in root causing problems and find ways to prevent the problems happening again. Take responsibility for set projects
