Our client is looking to recruit a collections advisor who can demonstrate several years experience of dealing with delinquent accounts Major Responsibilities and Priorities Collection of predominantly 60 plus day arrears using telephone, letter, broker/supplier, collections agent, trace agent, investigators, solicitors and insolvency practitioners as appropriate Respond promptly, professionally and correctly to correspondence and telephone calls, relating to arrears
